Which countries does Hallo CBD ship to?
Hallo CBD ships to all countries within the European Union. Our products are specifically tailored for the European market, so we do not offer shipping to other countries.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders above 50€, we provide free local shipping to Spain, Italy, and Germany. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is 5.90€. To benefit from the local shipping rates, please select your destination country from the website menu. For international shipping to European destinations, free shipping is available on orders above 100€. Otherwise, the standard rate is 15€. Please note that for certain remote locations, such as islands, shipping carriers may charge a higher rate, which will be calculated during the checkout process.
How long does delivery take?
At Hallo CBD, we aim to ship all orders received before noon (12:00 pm) on the same day. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next Business Day. Once your order has been dispatched, you can generally expect delivery within 1-2 Business Days. However, for remote locations, such as islands, it may take an additional day for the package to reach you. For international shipping, please allow up to 3-5 Business Days for delivery. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Do you provide discreet packaging?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of privacy. All Hallo CBD orders are shipped in discreet packages that do not disclose the contents. The package will only display our company name (Hallo CBD), with no mention of the specific products or their purpose. Do you offer package tracking, and how can I check the status of my package? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the designated carrier. Please note that it may take a few hours after your order has been shipped for the tracking number to become active and provide accurate updates.
The status of my shipment says "in storage," what does that mean?
If your shipment status shows "in storage," it typically means that the carrier attempted a delivery but was unable to complete it. This can happen if the recipient was absent or if there was an issue with the provided address. We recommend verifying the shipping address you provided during checkout and then contacting the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery. Do you offer local pickup (Click & Collect)?
At the moment, we do not offer local pickup (Click & Collect) as a delivery option. However, we provide reliable shipping services to ensure that your order reaches you conveniently.
Can I order Hallo CBD products as a gift?
Certainly! To order Hallo CBD products as a gift, simply input your billing details during checkout and check the box that says "Ship to a different address." This allows you to add the address of the gift recipient. Our packages are shipped discreetly, and the invoice will be sent to you via email, ensuring that the person receiving the package is not aware of the cost.
Can I have my order sent to a mailbox address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship packages to mailbox addresses, as our deliveries require a recipient's signature upon receipt.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
